Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. Additionally, he is Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles as well as co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). His wife Leslie has three children.
